Unlimited communication, including two planning meetings
Review of all vendor contracts & management of vendor requirements
Signature planning checklist & wedding files to include setup details, event music sheet, processional order, & event layout
Alternate plans for inclement weather, emergency, & mobility limitations
Wedding day itinerary creation & distribution
Vendor confirmations with final details (guest count, timeline, meal selections/dietary restrictions, rental counts, etcetera)
Wedding rehearsal coordination
Honeymoon suite planning & setup
Wedding Day Production
Meet all vendors & coordinate deliveries
Setup ceremony & reception locations according to wedding files, including setup place cards, décor, guest book, favors, wedding accessories, signage, etcetera
Coordinate family arrival & photos
Coordinate guest arrival with appropriate seating
Management of timeline with vendors
Coordination of ceremony & reception procession
Act as vendor liaison throughout the wedding day
Collect all personal items and gifts
Distribute final payments to vendors
12 hours of Wedding Day service with a Wedding Manager and Coordinator (additional hours and team members are available)
